SORT (Street Outreach Response Team)<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

\u00a0<\/p>

The Street Outreach Response Team (SORT) engages with individuals and families experiencing homelessness who are on the street or camping (meaning both rough camping and car\/RV camping) to provide proactive support, resources, and service connections.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

SORT is a collaborative effort among interested agencies and volunteer partners who are all invested in performing harm reduction and trauma-informed care outreach.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

SORT connects people to intervention services and resources (including, but not limited to, housing and shelter, medical needs, veteran\u2019s services, food and other basic needs) and to diverse community-based organizations and government agencies.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
